Copyright Reporting

At NH Templates, we are committed to protecting intellectual property rights and comply with all copyright laws applicable to the digital environment. Understanding the importance of creators' works, we diligently respond to reports of alleged copyright infringement. Our dedicated team ensures that all concerns are handled promptly and effectively, preserving the integrity of our digital content ecosystem.

How to Report Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated on our platform, we encourage you to inform us. Please send a detailed report to dmca@nhtemplates.com. To expedite the process, ensure your notification includes the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site, preferably including specific URLs associated with the material.
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address, so that NH Templates can contact you about your claim.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Our Response to Copyright Infringement Notifications

Upon receiving a complete and valid copyright infringement notification, the NH Templates team takes swift action in accordance with copyright laws. This typically includes removing or disabling access to the material in question. Our action is guided by our commitment to uphold the rights of copyright owners while balancing the needs of our community. Each case is treated with the seriousness it deserves, and we undertake a thorough review to ensure that our response is just and appropriate.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to an error or misidentification of the content in question, you have the right to send us a counter-notification. This should be sent to our designated copyright agent at dmca@nhtemplates.com. Similar to the infringement notification, the counter-notification must include your contact information, a description of the material and its location before it was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, and your physical or electronic signature.

NH Templates supports the protection of intellectual property and strives to ensure a fair and secure online environment for all. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work together to address copyright concerns.
